The objective of the project that follows
a pilot phase is to contribute to the integration of IDPs
and refugees into the professional world through the organisation
of vocational courses inside the Montenegrin educational institutions
in order to benefit from their local experience and connections
with the labour market.
The intervention is directly addressed to the recipients,
which means that only IDPs, refugees and social cases benefiting
of the food program funded by ECHO will be admitted in the
training courses.
Age, educational background and commitment to attend the training
courses will be the main criteria for the selection of the
beneficiaries.
