The
return of refugees and IDPs after the conflict with Ethiopia
threatens to worsen the nutritional situation of target population.
The danger is compounded by the low capacity of local authorities
in monitoring nutritional levels or facing an emergency. The
activities to be implemented include training for local functionaries
and the constitution/distribution of a food-non-food stock
of supplies.
