Within the ECHO's phase out process, the
project foresee to contribute to the integration of IDPs and
refugees into the professional world through the organization
of vocational courses inside the Montenegrin educational institutions
in order to benefit from their local experience and connections
with the labour market.
As a "pilot project" one aim of the intervention
is to proper evaluate the results in order to collect enough
information to decide a possible future geographical extension.
