The objective of the project is to participate in the improvement of the quality of the services provided by the PHC network in order to ensure that essential health system functions are provided to all people, as outlined in the HFA (Health For All) vision for the 21st century (WHO 21 - The health for all policy framework for the WHO European region, year 1999).
The activities foresee to upgrade the health care delivery standards of the primary health care structures through basic structural rehabilitation and medical equipment supply.
