The intervention is finalised to support
the return of the populations afflicted by the volcano's eruption
in the areas considered at relative risk. The project strengthen
several actions in relation to the geographic area of intervention:
- Penipe: re-establishment of the productively activities
converting the traditional agriculture activities afflicted
by the cinders rain, into handicrafts activities (sericulture);
- Cotalò and Punapi: food ration supply to 200 families;
sanitary equipment supply; impermeabilization of the schools
to front of possible cinders rain;
- In general, productively re-establishment of the traditional
agriculture activities by the introduction of appropriate
agriculture technologies to front of the cinders (greenhouse);
re-start of the swine breed activities on small scale.
