COSV arrived in the Middle East in 2003 during the crisis in Iraq, promoting emergency interventions. Since 2005 we began to be interested to Lebanon, where we started to operate in 2006, and in 2007 we expanded our activities to Syria.
The idea is to look for innovative ways to add value to the cooperation between us, international, European and Italian NGO, and the local civil society, assuming a role of support in dealing with local issues that are also linked to the Euro-Mediterranean realities.
