To contribute to effective participatory democracy and the EU integration and approximation process by strengthening the capacities of civil society for their engagement in approximation processes.
Specific Objective(s) (SO) (i.e., outcome/s):
To enhance the capacities of civil society, local authorities, and rural development actors to promote local economic development and social progress in Montenegro through the implementation of social economy actions and development models.
Op.1 (WP1 – Policy Influence and Dialogue):
Strengthening political dialogue, co-design and co-production platforms, and capacities for the EU accession process among civil society actors and institutions at both local and national levels.
Op.2 (WP2 – Local Development – Environmental and Social Impact):
Civil society organizations’ capacities to provide innovative models of community, environmental, and social impact services are technically and financially supported.
Op.3 (WP3 – Visibility and Communication):
National awareness-raising campaigns increase to promote “socially inclusive and green” European integration processes.
