In South America, the current context has changed our role of international NGOs.
Nowadays we are more oriented to the technical support to civil society and local governments in terms of: capacity building for the study, design and implementation of interventions with international donors , the search for public-private partnership on multiple levels and the impulse to South-South cooperation.
