Since the last 12 december, H. Marco Minnitti has become the Minister of the Interior. Then, H. Angelino Alfano has shifted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, even if it seems that a strong link with the Internal Affairs still remains. Due to the facts of recent days, many people and many organizations of the civil society find it difficult to break free from this assumption.
So, let’s start from these facts and in particular from the Found for Africa, that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is bound to manage in 2017: an article in Link2007 explains step by step the network’s position.
The NGOs and the social organizations taking part to AOI, Cini and Link2007 hope that the decree will respect the purpose under Law to the Found, that provides the support to “Special measures aimed at resuming dialogue and cooperation with African countries that have a priority significance for migratory routes”.
